The Box-E is an interactive installation that reveals the danger of electronic waste on the environment, and invites the audience to reflect on the electronic waste produced in consequence of consumerism. Cellphone as an example demonstrates how marketing strategies stimulate the desire of owning the latest models, which leads to improper handling of abandoned cellphones.
